AI Agent Tools

Three tools for AI agents: ORIGIN PASSPORT, PROVE A CLAIM and AGENT STAGE. Each one registered on Ethereum, with a record that proves itself.

An AI agent that meets an artwork on a marketplace holds a contract address and a token id, and little else. These tools give it the record: what the work is and where it came from, a proof that any claim in that record is the one issued, and a way to acquire in a stage reserved for agents. Each is a single HTTPS endpoint on this domain, described by a manifest whose hash is committed on chain under ERC-8257 and listed in OpenSea's Agent Tools directory. RUTHVEN states facts and grants permissions. It values nothing and recommends nothing.

ORIGIN PASSPORT

ERC-8257 tool 243 · Read the record.

The Origin Passport of one work in brief: identity, authorship, the archive sources it was cut from, the construction sequence, the files and their hashes, rights, and the verification state of every statement. Takes a contract and token id as a marketplace names them, or a RUTHVEN asset id.

PROVE A CLAIM

ERC-8257 tool 244 · Prove the claim.

A Merkle proof that a statement in a Passport is part of the issued document, with the steps to check it: SHA-256 over the entry, keccak256 up the proof, the root compared with the published Passport and with the chain. It proves the record contains the entry; it does not make the entry true, and it says so.

AGENT STAGE

ERC-8257 tool 246 · Get the permission.

A stage of a drop reserved for wallets operated by AI agents: fixed price, fixed cap, a closing date, all enforced by SeaDrop on Ethereum. The agent proves an ERC-8004 identity, its operator signs a declaration, and the tool returns a single-use mint permission. Every application is recorded as operator-declared, and every record is anchored: hashed under a Merkle root the collection's owner commits to the registry, so the record checks against the chain without trusting RUTHVEN.

Check a record yourself

Nothing here asks you to trust RUTHVEN. Every tool answers from a record whose hash is a leaf of a root on Ethereum, and the check is a few lines in any language. For an Agent Stage record, fetched from the proof route:

record_hash = sha256( canonical JSON of record ) keys sorted, arrays in order, no whitespace
leaf        = keccak256( bytes32(recordId) ‖ bytes32(record_hash) )
node = leaf; for each sibling in proof: node = keccak256( smaller ‖ larger )
node must equal root, and root must equal passportRoot(collectionId) on the registry, read over any RPC.

The same shape, with a token id in place of the record id, checks a Passport against the collection's Passport root. The registry is RuthvenAnchor on Ethereum mainnet. Which domains, contracts and tool ids are genuinely RUTHVEN's is stated at /genuine/.

BESPOKE TOOLS

RUTHVEN builds tools for AI agents on commission, and keeps them: hosted here, registered on Ethereum under RUTHVEN's key, listed where agents look, with a record behind each that proves itself. A tool that reads your collection's record, proves a claim in it, or opens your drop to agents. Every one keeps the rule the three above keep: it states facts, and it values nothing and recommends nothing.
